Hwo has alot of moves for specific situations. 10 probably wouldnt be enough to cover all of his arsenal so I'm just gonna post as many as I can think of. Incoming long post.. lol
d/f+2 - pretty much his standard launcher being 15f and safe. it's great combined with an ssr to bait whiffs and get a launch.
d/f+1 - basic quick mid poke for hwo, gives +1 on block.
b+4 - nice tracking mid at 16f and has fairly good distance. KND on CH and wall splats.
u/f+3+4 - probably his best new move at 14f and safe. a safer option as a whiff punisher at long distances or when you think a b+3 might be too slow. also uf+3+4,4 is guaranteed after a lfs d/f+3 hits crouchers. definitely improves hwo's punishment.
b+3 - 17f launcher and is still great for catching whiffs as it has pretty good distance. though try not to get too spammy with this move as it is unsafe (-15?).
ws+4,4 - his fastest ws punisher at 11f and puts you in RFF to start your mixups. (+2?) on hit.
ff+3 - gives +frames on block + gives stagger and puts you in RFF to start your mixups, also a good option to use on grounded opponents now that it hits them consistently
jfsr - definitely a useful tool if you can master this move as it grants you great damage potential for your juggles. Also, it can now be done in RFF so its a nice mixup option after a ws+4,4 or a ff+3.
